100 Days of FitnessBiggest Winner Program will begin August 1st thru November 8th points will be awarded per log attached. There will be 3 fantastic prizes awarded at the end of the program. Weigh in will be done each Wednesday (before Bible study) and every 1st Saturday ( after intercessory prayer) downstairs in the Sanctuary. Blood pressure checks will also be available at this time. Group Activities Nutrition classes will be held once each month beginning in September. Dates will be in the church bulletin or contacted by phone. Additional classes may be added. How to cook vegetables - September Portion control. - October Healthy snacks - November Aerobics at LBBC each Tuesday and Thursday Walk with the pastor - August - every Monday morning @ 8:00 AM. Other dates/times will be announced later "Walk with the Doc" - Swamp Rabbit trail - 50th day, Saturday, September 19 @ 8:00 AM Bowling - Date to be determined Move with the youth - each Saturday morning ( time to be announced) Weekly sacrifice - Each week we will make a sacrifice Monday thru Saturday starting August 6th Aug. 6 - 11 - No Bread Aug. 13 - 18 - No Caffine Aug. 20 - 25 - No Meats (including poultry, beef and fish) May eat fruits, vegetables, nuts Aug. 27 - Sept. 1 No sweets ( includes no sugary drinks, candy, cakes, ice cream, etc) Sept. 3 - 8 - No fried foods Sept. 10 - 15 - All starches ( includes, Mac & cheese, potatoes, etc.) Sept. 17 - 22 - No Bread Sept. 24 - 29 - No Caffine Oct. 1 - 6 - No Meats (including poultry, beef and fish) May eat fruits, vegetables, nuts Oct 8 - 13 - No sweets ( includes no sugary drinks, candy, cakes, ice cream, etc) Oct. 15 - 20 - No fried foods Oct. 22 - 27 - All starches ( includes, Mac & cheese, potatoes, etc.) Oct. 29 - Nov. 3 - No Bread CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!
